Jesse Azzopardi (known as "Jess" to those who know her) is the owner and founder of Mobile Memory Enrichment (MME), where she specializes in personalized in-home dementia care, respite care, and caregiver coaching. With over 20 years of healthcare experience and as a Certified Dementia Specialist, Jesse provides expert guidance, resources, and meaningful connections to enhance the lives of both individuals with dementia and their caregivers. In her role as a family liaison, Jesse offers hands-on support, helping families navigate care challenges and create sustainable, nurturing environments. She also volunteers with HOPE Dementia Support Groups, participates in community events like the McGinty Conference, and leads workshops to equip caregivers with essential tools. Jesse's passion for supporting families, combined with her wealth of experience, makes her a trusted expert in dementia care and caregiver support.
